Is Gaynor Company an internet or TV provider?
No. We’re an independent comparison and enrollment service. We don’t install lines, run networks, or bill you for service. Once you choose a plan, the provider you selected handles installation, billing, and support directly.
Does it cost anything to use your service?
No. Talking with us and getting help comparing plans is free. Providers pay us a referral fee when a customer we connect them with signs up — you never pay us anything.
Am I obligated to sign up for anything after I call?
Not at all. You can call, ask questions, and hang up without signing up for anything. There’s no contract or commitment just for speaking with us.
Are you affiliated with EarthLink, Frontier, Kinetic, or Optimum?
No. We are an independent third party. We are not owned by, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any of these companies. We reference their names only to describe the plans we can help you compare.
How do you know what’s available at my address?
Provider coverage varies by neighborhood and even by street. When you call, we ask for your address and check what’s realistically offered there before recommending anything.
What if nothing is available at my address?
It happens. If none of the providers we work with serve your location, we’ll tell you honestly rather than suggesting something that won’t work for you.
Will the price or speed I’m quoted definitely be accurate?
Pricing, speeds, and promotions are set entirely by each provider and can change without notice. We share the most current information we have, but final terms are always confirmed directly with the provider during enrollment.
What happens to my information after I call?
We only use the details you share — like your address and contact information — to help compare plans and, if you choose to enroll, to pass along to the provider you selected. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
What are your business hours?
We’re available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. We’re closed on Sundays.
